A.R.T. has transformed my life – personally & professionally. Incorporating A.R.T. into my practice has allowed me to reach people and pain I would not have been able to without it. I also use Brainspotting, aka flow EMDR, & Sensorimotor somatic psychotherapy for Trauma. I work with kids, teens, & adults. Specialties include addiction, historical and intergenerational trauma, PTSD, cPTSD, suicidal ideation and self-harm.
